Pure Magnesium Flakes are made from 100% natural magnesium chloride. They can be added to a bath or foot soak to facilitate easy absorption into the skin and give you a soothing and relaxing experience.

Ingredients: 100% Magnesium Chloride Flakes.
1 cup contains approximately 51g of magnesium chloride.
For the most effective results, dissolve 1-3 cups into a warm bath or foot bath and soak for a minimum of 30 minutes.
The temperature of the water should be warm (101° F to 105° F) rather than hot for best absorption into the skin.
After the bath, rinse skin with cool running water.
Dab skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturizer.
